Bear Creek Cañon ca. 1933 "A Natural Gateway stands a short distance up Bear Creek Cañon which would dwarf into insignificance the city constructed Gateway below. Here the lofty cañon walls come within a few feet of meeting, barely giving room for the stream and road to pass thru them." -- from a historic postcard. [The road has since been improved!]. |
